You have all the power you need to feel energetic, strong and confident — and I’ll be at your side every step of the way to help you get there.

Programs available for one-on-one work with 3, 6, 9 and 12 month programs which include weekly meal plans, monthly workout programs, bi-weekly follow-up sessions with a more personalized implementation of the program.

I'll walk you through a process to develop what your menopause vision is for you.

When you think about what you want for your life now and going forward, what comes to mind?  More energy? Feeling stronger?  Fitting into your favorite clothes?  Traveling?  Volunteering?

I'll help you imagine and define exactly what you want for yourself and your life so you can develop your very own Menopause Vision Statement.

Creating a Menopause Vision Statement is a powerful way to get really clear on what you want out of your menopause journey.  It's like your north star!  While working on nutrition, exercise, lifestyle and mindset, we can prioritize the strategies that align with this vision and cultivate a personalized roadmap for success.
 What are your symptoms? 
What symptoms are you currently experiencing?  What were your cycles like prior to menopause?  We will use this information to determine what needs to be addressed and how to implement strategies for working through and eliminating these symptoms.

We'll talk about self-care, stress and why these are important topics for navigating menopause.

 What is happening during peri-menopause, menopause and post-menopause? 
We will explore exactly what happens through each of the phases leading up to menopause and post menopause.  You will gain an understanding of just what is happening in your body and why.  
 What are your nutritional needs during menopause? 
Nutritional needs are different during this phase of your life.  We will explore what is needed at this time and create meal plans and nutritional guidelines that meet your personal preferences.  We will look at supplementation recommendations if needed.

We will also explore movement and exercise for this phase of life.
 
Why is sleep so important and how can you have better sleep? 
We'll learn about sleep and why it's so important to health and having energy.  We'll look at the reasons you are not sleeping well and how to make changes so you do get optimal sleep.  We'll look at stress levels and understand how they impact your sleep patterns.
